The Interview
- Be able to articulate why you are interested in the position.
 - Research the PI's area of study and previous trials in advance.
 - Understand the purpose and significance of clinical research.
 - Convey enthusiasm about the position you are applying for.
 - Demonstrate interest in medicine and research.
 - Discuss past research experiences.
 
Tips for New Coordinators
- Although serving as a coordinator is rewarding, it can be challenging at times. Remember that there is a learning curve!
 - Always be willing to adapt and learn. Coordinators that are flexible and take correction with kindness are the most successful!
 - Stay organized! Keep all required and completed study documents in one place.
 - Maintain open communication with members of the research team and study participants.
